Jens is an experienced executive search consultant specializing in senior managerial and specialist roles across various corporate functions and verticals. With a background in HR, talent attraction, and executive search, he has worked on both the client and agency sides of the industry.
Jens has worked for the Fortune 500 company Maersk, the fast-growing retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and the leading American top-tier executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles. Before he founded Placed, he worked for Europe's leading recruitment agency in the consumer goods sector.
Jens holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Copenhagen Business School and served as a Military Police Sergeant in the Danish Army for two years.
As the founder of a boutique executive search firm, Jens offers personalized and effective solutions to connect top talent with leading organizations. With his diverse background and expertise, he identifies the best candidates for his clients across industries.
